Almost entirely new bathrooms in Indiana's fastest-growing town
Whitestown's population has more than tripled since the 2010 census, with most of that growth concentrated in Anson, the planned community that began development in 2005, so the large majority of Whitestown bathrooms are recent construction with contemporary layouts and waterproofing already built in.
Finish-level remodels, not structural overhauls
Because so much of Whitestown's housing postdates the town's rapid growth from 471 residents in 2000 to roughly 11,276 by 2023, bathroom remodel work here is more often about upgrading tile, vanities, and walk-in showers than about relocating plumbing.
